ACME Laboratories holds 42nd AGM

The Acme Laboratories Limited recently organised its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the PSC Convention Hall in the capital.

Nagina Afzal Sinha, chairman of the company presided over the meeting held on Thursday.

Mizanur Rahman Sinha, Managing Director, Jahanara Mizan Sinha, Director, Independent Directors- Syed Shahed Reza and Miss Fouzia Haque, were also present in the AGM, according to a press statement.

A large number of general shareholders, company auditors, senior officials, institutional investors and employees attended the meeting.
