Islami Bank approves 10pc cash dividend

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited has organised its 35^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Kurmitola Golf Club in the capital.

The board of directors in the AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend and Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended on 31 December 2017.

Professor Md Nazmul Hassan, PhD, Chairman of the bank presided over the meeting held today (Monday), according to a media release.

Sheikh Moulana Mohammad Qutubuddin, Chairman of Shariah Supervisory Committee, Yousif Abdullah Al-Rajhi of KSA, Vice Chairman of the Bank, Dr Areef Suleman, Director and IDB representative and JQM Habibullah, FCS, Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary along with foreign institutional shareholders and other officials attended the meeting.
