The Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) organised a seminar on investors' awareness, financial literacy and internet trading recently in Cumilla, as part of its plan to 'promote' capital market.
The seminar was to enlighten investors' knowledge about the capital market and enhance their expertise in digital trading, said a press release.
The seminar was inaugurated by CSE Managing Director M. Shaifur Rahman Mazumdar.
Some 500-600 people, including existing and potential investors specially the young folk, were present at the seminar.
An audiovisual presentation on the financial literacy and another presentation on the CSE Internet Trading System (ITS) were made at the event by Md. Nahidul Islam Khan, DGM, TRECH Marketing Services, and Syed Moinuddin, Assistant Manager, IT, CSE respectively.
