The shareholders of Quasem Industries Ltd approved 12 per cent stock dividend, considering the net profit before tax at Tk 105.73 million, EPS at Tk 1.51 for the financial year 2017-18.
The approval came at the 37th Annual General Meeting of the company held in Dhaka on Thursday, says a statement.
Anwarul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting with Tasvir Ul Islam, Managing Director and CEO, also present. Fellow members of the board of directors Dr. Reyan Anis Islam, Nafisa Quasem, Sameed Quasem and Mir Mohammad Shahidullah were also present.
