ADN Telecom arranges 14th Annual General Meeting

ADN Telecom Limited has arranged its 14 th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the capital recently. 

Asif Mahmood, Chairman of ADN Telecom Limited, headed the meeting of the IT and Telecommunication Service Provider, according to a press release.

Henry Hilton, Managing Director of the company, Director Moinul Islam, Director Md Mahfuz Ali Sohel, Director Khandker Mahmooda Saeed, and Ghulam Rasool, Independent Director of the AND, were present in the programme. 

Other respected shareholders and senior officials also joined in the meeting.

During the fiscal year of 2016-17, Net Revenue, Gross Profit and Net Profit of the company after having paid the tax, has been raised to 9.53 per cent, 16.90 per cent and 20.71 per cent respectively to that of last year.
