Mobile network operator Banglalink has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the fast growing on-demand ride sharing company Piickme.
Through this partnership, Banglalink Priyojon subscribers will be able to enjoy special offers while using Piickme motorbike and car ride services inside Dhaka city soon.
The MoU will open an avenue for strengthening the growing gig economy of Bangladesh as it is giving Piickme freelance drivers the opportunity to offer ride sharing services to the large customer-base of Banglalink, says a press statement of the ride sharing platform.
Qazi Urfi Ahmad, Brands and Communications Director, Banglalink and Meskat Hossain Rakib, Director, Piickme signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations at an event held at the corporate headquarters of the cellular service provider in Dhaka.
