Dan Foods now exports to Maldives

Dan Foods Limited has started exporting Dan Cake, a product of the company to Maldives market.

 A contract has recently been signed between Dan Foods limited and Mianz Pvt Limited in this regard, said a statement.

Mr. Firoz Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Dan Foods Limited, and Mr. Ahmed Mottaki, CEO and Chairman of Mianz Pvt Limited, signed the contract of behalf of their respective companies.

 Mr. Minhaj Hossain, Head of Marketing of Dan Cake, was also present on the occasion. 

Mr. Firoz Ahmed, COO stated "We are extremely happy that after Nepal, locally produced Dan Cake will now be exported to Maldives. This also states the quality of our products. We are happy that we will be able to contribute to our economy." He also stated "Dan foods will look to export locally produced Dan Cake to more Asian countries soon."

Dan Cake products will be available in all the important super markets and retail outlets of Maldives soon. This export resulted in the increase of investment in Bangladesh and created an opportunity to earn more foreign currency and it will also create a lot of job opportunities for many Bangladeshi people.

The well-reputed European brand "Dan Cake" started its journey in the year 1931. In the past 87 years Dan Cake gained its brand popularity throughout the world for its expertise and experience in baking. The journey started from Denmark and because of its quality & unique taste dan Cake entered new countries such as UK, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Turkey, Russia and many others.

To continue its growth and success Dan Cake AS Denmark collaborated with "Pandughar Limited" in 2015 to form "Dan Foods Limited" and also started manufacturing Dan Cake in Bangladesh. The European technology is used in the production factory owned by Dan Cake in Savar. All the products are baked according to the hygienic European recipe and under the supervision of experienced and skilled professionals, the statement added.
