The 20th Annual General Meeting of First Security Islami Bank Limited was held on Monday at Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Mohammed Abdul Maleque, Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of First Security Islami Bank Limited.
Among others, Members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Syed Waseque Md. Ali, Managing Director, Mr. Oli Kamal FCS, SVP & Company Secretary and shareholders of the bank were also present on the occasion.
The AGM approved 10% Stock Dividend (Bonus Share) for the year 2018 for the shareholders.
