Mercantile Bank Training Institute recently organized a training course titled “Profiling Customers; KYC, TP & Risk Grading to Prevent Bank from Fraudulent Activities” in Chittagong.
A total of 38 officers from 16 branches of Chattagram Region participated in the training course.
Jashim Uddin, SVP & Regional Head for Chattagram Region inaugurated the training programme.
Javed Tariq, Principal of MBTI along with Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, Head of Agrabad Branch spoke highlighting the importance of Knowing Customers (KYC), Transaction profiling and Risk Grading to protect the bank from fraudulent activities.
The training sessions were conducted by Mohammad Khorshed Alam, Head of General Banking Division of the bank and Tarafder Sushil Kumar, faculty of MBTI.
