BKB holds managers’ conference in Ctg

Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) has recently organised a day-long conference for its Chief Regional Managers and Branch Managers of Chittagong division at the LGED auditorium, located at Sholoshahar in the port city.

Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank (BB), S M Rabiul Hasan delivered speech on the occasion as the guest of honour, according to a press statement received today (Sunday).

A R M Salar-E Jahan, General Manager of BKB Chittagong Division, presided over the meeting while Md Ali Hossain Prodhania, Managing Director of the bank addressed the conference, held on Saturday, as Chief Demonstrator.

Speaking on the occasion, Md Prodhania laid special emphasis on new agricultural credit disbursement in all agricultural families under financial inclusion, disbursing new loans with less interest rate along with loan recovery, deposit mobilisation and remittance collection  and urged for implementing SDG directing to achieve all targets to make every branch profitable ones .

The Deputy Managing Directors of BKB, Mohammad Fakhrul Alam, Dr Md Liakat Hossain Moral and Md Afzal Karim also spoke on the conference as special guests.
