The 4th Annual General Meeting-2016 of Union Bank Limited was held at the head office of the bank at Gulshan Saturday, said a statement.
Shahidul Alam, Chairman, Union Bank Limited presided over the meeting.
Directors, shareholders, managing director Omar Farooque, advisor S. M. Aminur Rahman and higher executives were also present at the meeting, said a stratement.
