AIUB signs MoU with Bangladesh Volleyball Federation

The American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) and the Bangladesh Volleyball Federation (BVF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the AIUB campus on Wednesday (June 10), says a press release.

Through this partnership, AIUB will serve as the federation's official education partner for the next three years.

The agreement reflects a shared commitment by the two institutions to support the development of sports and education in Bangladesh, according to the release.

The MoU was signed by AIUB Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Nadia Anwar on behalf of the university and BVF President Faruque Hassan on behalf of the federation.

The signing ceremony was attended by AIUB Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Md Abdur Rahman, AIUB Proctor Prof Dr Manzur H Khan, BVF General Secretary Bimal Ghosh, and AIUB Office of Sports Coordinator Md Joynal Abedin, among other officials.

The collaboration is expected to create opportunities for student engagement and skill development while contributing to the advancement of volleyball in Bangladesh, the press release said.
