Role: Lead Architect

Job Responsibilities:

● Guide Consultants throughout the design development phases to achieve the project Goal set by EREL.

● Review all submitted designs and drawings.

● Modification and Interior Planning Construction drawings production.

● Develop communication materials (Floor plans, unit plans, 3D Visualization, salable area calculation, material specification, pricing matrix, sales brief, and project profile).

● Sourcing Prospective Consultants.

● CS of Prospective Consultants.

● Evaluate Current Consultants.

● Prepare Product brief with all available market and inventory data.

● Explain and align consultants with EREL's ideas and expectations for the project.

● Negotiate design development timeline as per business needs.

● Coordinate All Consultants (Arc, Str, Fire, and MEP)

● Client Modifications for CE and Sales.

● Client Interior Planning for CE and Sales.

● Modification and Interior Planning Construction drawings production.

Requirements: 

● Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).

● Experience: At least 10 years

● The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): real estate and development.

Additional Requirements:

● Age 32 to 38 years 

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
