Two people were killed and two others were injured in a head-on collision between an easy-bike and a motorcycle at the Aminpur area in Bera upazila of Pabna.
The deceased were identified as motorcyclist Md. Porosh, 15, son of Shahidul of Nayabari village in Aminpur area, and easy-bike driver Pushpo, 35, son of Montu, of Sinduria village. Porsoh was a first-year HSC student at Pabna City College, reports UNB.
Syed Mohammad Alamgir Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Aminpur Police Station, said that the easy bike was going from Kashinathpur towards Kazirhat, and the motorcycle was headed towards Kashinathpur. When they reached the spot, the two vehicles collided head-on, leaving four people critically injured.
Later, Porsoh and Pushpo died on the way to the hospital, added the OC
