SSC results won't be published on July 20: Dhaka board chairman

The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations will not be published on July 20, contrary to the earlier announcement.

Professor Syed Akhtaruzzaman, President of Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Chairman of Dhaka Education Board, confirmed the development to the media on Saturday.

He, however, said the education boards are prepared to publish the results within July.

Earlier, at a press conference held at the Secretariat on June 8, Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon announced that the results of the 2026 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations would be published on July 20.

He said the authorities concerned had been instructed to make the necessary preparations.
