SAFF U-19 Women's Championship begins on Feb 2

The four-nation SAFF U-19 Women' s Championship' 2024 begins at the Bir Shrestha Shaheed Shipahi Mustofa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur in the city on February 02 (Friday) with Bangladesh coach and captain keeping their birds eyes to retain the title, reports UNB.

Defending champions Bangladesh will start their campaign, taking on Himalayan nation Nepal in the opening match, which will kick off at 7 pm on February 02 (Friday).

In the remaining matches, Bangladesh will play their giant neighbor India on February 04 and Bhutan on February 06 at the same time and same venue.

The final match between top-two-teams of four nations will be held on February 08. The BFF and team officials disclosed these while addressing a pre-match press conference at the BFF House in the city on Monday.
