IDLC Finance Limited has won 4th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence, 2016 under the Non Banking Financial Institution category.
IDLC bagged gold medal for complying with corporate governance rules framed by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed, MP formally handed over the award to Arif Khan, CEO & MD, IDLC Finance Limited recently, said a statement.
