129th meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard Islami Bank PLC held on 22 July 2026 at the bank’s boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka.
Chairman of the committee Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
The meeting was attended by the members of the committee Gulzar Ahmed, S A MD Hossain and Golam Hafiz Ahmed.
Md. Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC & Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting.
Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Managing Director, Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director; Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary; Md. Syejuddin Ahmmed, Head of ICC Division, Md. Zahidul Hassan, Head of Audit and Mohammad Salah Uddin FCS, Chief Financial Officer were also present in the meeting.
