AB Bank PLC recently organised an induction ceremony for its newly appointed Management Trainee Officers (MTOs).

The Bank welcomed 50 new officers, including 35 male and 15 female officers, selected through a rigorous and competitive recruitment process, according to a press release.

Professor Mustafizur Rahman, Distinguished Fellow at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), graced the program as the Chief Guest.

Md. Fazlur Rahman, FCA, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AB Bank, and Arif Hossain Khan, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, attended the program as the Guests of Honour.

Reazul Islam, Managing Director (Acting), Mahadev Sarker Sumon, FCA, Additional Managing Director, Z M Babar Khan, Additional Managing Director, and Mohammad Nazrul Islam, Deputy Managing Director of AB Bank, delivered speeches at the event.

Members of the Board of Directors of the Bank and other senior officials were also present at the event.

During the program, the speakers emphasized accountability, professionalism, and sustained performance as the cornerstones of the MTOs’ contribution to the Bank’s future growth.
