BRAC Bank to offer digital cash management solutions to Karmasangsthan Bank

BRAC Bank has partnered with Karmasangsthan Bank to offer enhanced digital cash management solutions across the country.
Under the agreement, BRAC Bank will collect loan instalments and savings deposits from customers of Karmasangsthan Bank through its nationwide network of branches, sub-branches, and Agent Banking outlets. To enable real-time transaction updates and seamless reconciliation, the two banks will establish API connectivity between their systems, according to a media release.
Through this partnership, around 23 lakh customers of Karmasangsthan Bank will benefit from real-time loan instalment and savings deposit collection services, ensuring greater convenience, accessibility, and efficiency in financial transactions.
Md. Shaheen Iqbal, Additional Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking of BRAC Bank PLC, and Meher Sultana, Deputy Managing Director of Karmasangsthan Bank, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at BRAC Bank’s Head Office on May 6, 2026.
Speaking on the partnership, Md. Shaheen Iqbal said, “We are continuously leveraging technology and our nationwide distribution network to deliver seamless and efficient banking solutions. This partnership with Karmasangsthan Bank will strengthen collection efficiency, improve customer convenience, and support broader financial inclusion through real-time digital services.”
Among others, Md. Shafiqul Islam Miah, General Manager, and Mohammed Zakir Hossain, Deputy General Manager, from Karmasangsthan Bank; and Nazmur Rahim, Deputy Managing Director, AKM Faisal Halim, Head of Transaction Banking, Musabbir Ahmed, Head of Cash Management, Md. Masfikuzzaman, Unit Head, Cash Management, and Ratan Podder, Relationship Manager, from BRAC Bank, were also present at the signing ceremony.
