IFIC Bank rewards top 10 customers with the highest debit card transactions

Modern technology-based banking is now an integral part of daily life. In this ongoing journey, debit cards have become essential companions enabling everything from online bill payments to shopping both at home and abroad. To celebrate this tech-driven convenience that makes life easier, IFIC Bank PLC recently organized a campaign titled “IFIC Season of Festivals.”

According to a press release, this special month-long campaign rewarded 10 IFIC Bank customers with attractive travel and shopping gift cards, based on the highest volume of debit card transactions made both domestically and internationally.

During the campaign, customers used their IFIC debit cards for various transactions at POS (Point of Sale terminals) and e-commerce platforms. The top 10 customers were selected based on the points earned from each transaction. The prizes were handed over at the nearest IFIC Bank branches.

The key highlights of the campaign were the value of the prizes awarded to the winners. The highest scorer was awarded a travel gift card worth BDT 50,000, while the second-highest scorer received a travel gift card worth BDT20,000. These travel gift cards can be redeemed for use both within Bangladesh and abroad, offering the winners flexibility and added convenience in planning their travels.The remaining eight winners, from 3rd to 10th place, received shopping gift cards of various amounts, which can be used for lifestyle purchases such as fashion, gadgets, or other essential items.

According to the bank, the enthusiastic participation of customers and their interest in digital banking made the campaign a success. The goal was to encourage the use of bank cards in daily transactions. IFIC Bank consistently undertakes a wide range of customer-centric campaigns throughout the year, aiming to enhance customer engagement and deliver added value through innovative and rewarding experiences.
