The 54th meeting of the Shari`ah Supervisory Committee of Standard Islami Bank PLC was held on 27 July 2026 at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka.
The Chairman of Shari`ah Supervisory Committee Janab Mufti Mohammad Muhibbullahil Baqee An-Nadwi presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
The meeting was attended by the members of the committee Prof. Dr. Hafiz Muztaba Riza Ahmed, Mufti Dr. Mohammad Imam Hossain, Professor Dr. Abu Salih Muhammad Toriqul Islam, Professor Dr. Muhammad Tazammol Hoque and Managing Director Riad Mahmud Chowdhury.
Additional Managing Director, Md. Siddiqur Rahman; Chief Technology Officer, Md. Mushfiqur Rahman; Chief Financial Officer, Mohammad Salah Uddin, FCS; Head of the Shari`ah Secretariat Division, K. M. Rahmatullah, CSAA; and senior officials of the Shari`ah Secretariat Division of the Bank were also present in the meeting.
