Modhumoti Bank PLC held the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Sheraton Dhaka on Thursday, 30 July 2026.
Presided over by the Chairman of the Bank Salahuddin Alamgir, the meeting was attended by Vice Chairman Mohammad Ismail Hossain, Chairman of the Executive Committee Mostafa Kamal, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee A Mannan Khan, other Directors, Shareholders, Managing Director Md. Shafiul Azam, Company Secretary Md Rezaul Karim along with External Auditor and other Senior Officials of the Bank.
The participants of the meeting shared their views on the Bank’s future strategy, service expansion and improvement of customer service quality. The meeting also presented the Bank’s future plans and directives.
