On the 98th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Modhumoti Bank PLC, held on Tuesday, 28th July 2026 at the Bank’s Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka the members of the Board, by unanimous consent, elected Mr. Salahuddin Alamgir as the Chairman, Mr. Mohammad Ismail Hossain as the Vice Chairman, Mr. Mostafa Kamal as the Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Mr. A Mannan Khan as the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors.
On this occasion, members of the Board of Directors present at this meeting extended floral greetings and congratulations to the newly elected Board Leadership.
