A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Trust Bank PLC and Multibrand Workshop Ltd to provide exclusive automotive service benefits to the cardholders of Trust Bank PLC.
Under the agreement, Trust Bank cardholders will enjoy special discount on service charges and Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) service, priority service through the Quick Service Team (QST), dedicated support from a Key Account Manager, according to a press release.
The agreement was signed by Md. Mahboob Hossain, SEVP & Head of Business of Trust Bank PLC and Masud Karim Chowdhury, Executive Directorof Multibrand Workshop Ltd. on behalf of their respective organisations.
Md. Kamal Hossain Sarker, Deputy Managing Director of Trust Bank PLC, along with senior officials from both organisations, was present at the signing ceremony.
