A four-day REHAB Fair began on Wednesday at the city’s Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre (BCFCC) in Agargaon, showcasing a wide range of residential and commercial property projects.

Engineer, chairman of the Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (Rajuk), attended the opening ceremony as the chief guest.
Organised by the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB), the fair has brought together leading developers, housing finance institutions and building material companies. Visitors can explore apartments, plots and ready flats, while banks and non-bank financial institutions are offering home loan facilities and on-the-spot advisory services.
REHAB leaders said the event aims to boost buyer confidence amid a slowdown in the real estate sector caused by high construction costs and tight financing conditions. They expressed optimism that the fair would help revive market activity by directly connecting buyers and developers.
The fair will remain open daily from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and is expected to draw a large number of prospective homebuyers and investors.
