Sonali Life Insurance PLC, one of the leading insurers in the country, holds a ‘Professional Development Training Programme’ in Feni on Thursday.
The Programme was successfully held at a hotel, organised by the Feni Sales Team of Sonali Life Insurance PLC.
The initiative was arranged with the aim of enhancing the professional skills of field-level officers and employees, developing leadership qualities, and further accelerating sales performance.
The programme was moderated by the Deputy Managing Director of the company, Anwar Hossain.
Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mohammad Rafiqul Islam spoke as the special guest.
Special guests included Additional Managing Director Abu Shahadat Dulal and AGM Shahadat Mojumdar.
Branch Managers, Unit Managers, and field-level officers from various branches of Feni district participated in the training program.
The session was conducted by Mofazzel Hossain Manik, Head of Training and Development Department.
He provided practical guidance on modern sales techniques, customer service, leadership development, and professional excellence.
It is noteworthy that among Sonali Life’s 256 branch offices nationwide, Feni district alone has 10 branch offices. Regarding this, the Acting CEO Mohammad Rafiqul Islam said.
He said in 2025, the total premium income from the Feni territory alone exceeded Tk 6.6 billion, while the claim payment in the same period was over Tk 5.4 billion.
In 2025, the company paid more than Tk 4.5 billion in insurance claims nationwide, positioning Sonali Life among the leading fourth-generation life insurance companies in the country.
Through 100 per cent of claim settlement, Sonali Life Insurance has firmly established itself as a symbol of trust and reliability in the insurance industry.
