Trust Bank concludes SICIP Entrepreneurship Development Program (Batch-2) in Saidpur

Trust Bank PLC successfully completed its month-long Entrepreneurship Development Program under SICIP (Batch-2) in Saidpur, Nilphamari — reaffirming its commitment to fostering entrepreneurship at the grassroots level.
Conducted under a tripartite MoU signed on April 30, 2025, among the SICIP Project Implementation Unit, Bangladesh Bank’s SMESPD, and Trust Bank PLC, the program equipped aspiring entrepreneurs with skills and knowledge to build competitive, sustainable enterprises, according to a press release.
The closing ceremony was held on May 4, 2026, at Eque Heritage Hotel and Resort, Saidpur. Ms. Hosne Ara Shikha, Executive Director, Bangladesh Bank, attended as Chief Guest.
Trust Bank PLC was represented by Brig. Gen. Mohammad Shamsuzzaman, aowc, psc (Retd.), SEVP & Principal, Training Academy; Mr. Mahboob Hossain, SEVP & Head of Business; Mr. Sadat Ahmad Khan, SVP & Head of SME Division; and regional branch managers.
