United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) and PriyoShop.com Ltd have inked a strategic alliance agreement focusing on Payment Gateway Services. The agreement was formally signed by Faruk Ahammad, deputy managing director and CFO of UCB, and Asikul Alam Khan, founder and CEO of PriyoShop.com Ltd, symbolising the collective commitment of both entities towards fostering innovation in financial technology. The signing ceremony took place at UCB’s headquarters, with esteemed dignitaries and key representatives from both the organisations gracing the occasion.

Among the distinguished attendees were Abul Kalam Azad, executive vice president and head of Brand Marketing and Corporate Affairs Division of UCB; Mohammad Golam Yeazdani, head of Digital Banking and Transformation Division of UCB; Md Ehasanuzzaman, senior assistant vice president, Operation; and Ashraful Islam Tushin, product engineer of PriyoShop.com, alongside other notable personalities.
