'BPO Beyond Borders' encourages collaboration among industry leaders

Monstarlab Enterprise Solutions hosted a meet and greet event titled 'BPO Beyond Borders" on March 14 at a hotel in Dhaka for networking and connecting industry experts, says a press release. 
This event was held with the aim to provide an opportunity for the most prominent officials of different sectors of the country to share their insights and discuss possible collaborations for the betterment of the outsourcing sector of Bangladesh. 
On this occasion, Wahid Sharif, president of Bangladesh Association of Contact center and Outsourcing (BACCO), Leo Tito L. Ausan, Jr ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary Philippines (AEP) to the People's Republic of Bangladesh with concurrent jurisdiction over the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Republic of Maldives, was present at the event and shared their valuable thoughts with the audience. They mentioned how a progressive business can acquire business process outsourcing (BPO) services to reduce costs without having to compromise quality, improve efficiency, and gain access to specialised expertise and technology. In addition to that, he also mentioned the importance of this type of event, which helps create a bridge between the BPO service providers and other industry leaders.
Keeping BPO service as the primary discussion point, the Group Deputy CEO and CFO of Monstarlab Holding Inc., Yoshihiro Nakahara, shared his valuable ideas about the importance of collaboration, how young entrepreneurs can outsource different services, how BPO can change the socioeconomic structure of Bangladesh and positively impact on the poverty alleviation and be a positive catalyst for the economy. 
Furthermore, some of the most prominent officials, including Rasheduzzaman Khan Dipto, managing director and head of the global financial shared service center at Monstarlab, Mehdi Hasan Zulfiqar, engagement director, Monstarlab ES, and co-chairman Local Market Development, BACCO, Ms. Shamima Begum, chairman of STC, and Fahim Mashroor, co-founder, AjkerDeal, Delivery Tiger, and Bdjobs.com, and Wahid Sharif, president of the BACCO, Tanvir Ibrahim, vice president BACCO, Tawhid Hossain, secretary general BACCO, Hiroki Watanabe, founder of Ekmattra, attended the event. They provided valuable speeches on how Bangladeshi businesses can leverage BPO services. They have also mentioned the potential of Bangladeshi talent and their dedication to growing their careers as BPO service providers.
