Bangladesh Election Commission's (EC) National Identity Card (NID) server has remained offline since Tuesday morning.
Local news portals said the services of the NID server will be unavailable till 2:00 pm on Wednesday due to maintenance works.
Last month, the NID server went offline for similar purposes.
