Tipsoi unveils new brand identity to reflect its evolution and global vision

Tipsoi, an AI-powered workforce management platform by Inovace Technologies, unveiled a new brand identity on Sunday, marking a significant milestone as the company accelerates its international expansion, with its Bangladeshi-built technology now reaching 11 countries, according to a press release.
The refreshed identity marks a new chapter for the company as it scales its AI-powered workforce management platform, seamlessly integrating intelligent software with biometric and access control hardware to help organisations improve productivity, strengthen workplace security, and drive operational efficiency.
More than a redesigned logo, the new identity introduces a comprehensive brand system built to support Tipsoi's continued growth, the release added.
Founded by a team of BUET engineers, Tipsoi today serves more than 1,200 organisations and over 238,000 active users through more than 10,000 deployed devices. Its technology, according to the release, is trusted by organisations across airports, banks, educational institutions, factories, healthcare providers, NGOs, and enterprises in 11 countries, including Bangladesh, the UAE, Mauritius, Malaysia, Turkey, and Pakistan. The company continues to strengthen its international footprint across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
The rebranding follows a year of exceptional momentum for Tipsoi. The brand nearly tripled its business in 2025 compared with the previous year and is targeting similar growth in 2026, with international revenue expected to become an increasingly important part of its business.

Tipsoi's growth has been supported by globally recognised investors and accelerators, including Accelerating Asia and Orbit Ventures, whose highly selective programs have backed many of the region's most promising technology companies.
The release said that as the company expands beyond Bangladesh, it remains focused on building globally competitive AI-powered workforce technology that combines intelligent software and hardware, shaping the future of the workplace.
The new brand identity will be rolled out across Tipsoi's software platform, biometric and access control devices, website, mobile applications, and customer communications over the coming months.
