Mohammad Shahjahan Chowdhury, managing director of Revrain Fish and Food Processing Industries Ltd, has been elected president of the Bangladesh Frozen Foods Exporters Association (BFFEA) for 2025-26.
The association also elected Md Tariqul Islam Zaheer, managing director of Achia Sea Foods Ltd, as its senior vice president.
The election board announced the names of the newly elected board of directors of the BFFEA at its 40th annual general meeting (AGM) on February 22, said a press release on Saturday.
The other office bearers of the BFFEA are Sk Kamrul Alam, managing director of Rupali Sea Foods Ltd (vice president of Khulna region), and Dodul Kumar Datta, managing director of Pacific Sea Foods Ltd (vice president of Chattogram region).
Its new directors are Md Masudur Rahman, MA Hassan Panna, Md Jalal Uddin, Adhir Ranjan Das, Mohammad Abu Shahriar, Syed Badruzzaman, SM Akhtaruzzaman, AKM Fazlul Haque, Md Sofiulla Khan, Md Sohel S Hussain and Arman Hasan.
