EBL introduces auto loans for BYD car buyers

Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) has launched an auto loan scheme for customers purchasing brand-new BYD cars from CG Runner BD Ltd, according to a media statement Monday.

An agreement to this effect was signed in Dhaka recently by M Khorshed Anowar, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail and SME Banking of EBL, and Amid Sakif Khan, Managing Director of CG Runner BD Ltd.

Md Zahed Chowdhury, EBL Head of Retail Asset; Fahmid Ferdous, BYD Bangladesh Head of Sales; and other senior officials from both organisations were also present at the signing ceremony.
