A meeting of the board of directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held on July 29, 2026 Wednesday at Islami Bank Tower.
Mohammad Zahir Hussain, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank and the sole representative of the board of directors of Islami Bank presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
Md. Altaf Hossain, Managing Director (Acting) and Md. Habibur Rahman, Company Secretary of the bank, attended the meeting.
The meeting discussed the recent business performance of the Bank and took some important policy related decisions.
