Midland Bank PLC (MDB) signed an MoU with chaldal.com, the largest dedicated online grocery retailer with more than 50,000 subscribers and 200+ business customers across Dhaka.
All MDB Visa Debit, Credit and Prepaid cardholders will enjoy a 5 per cent discount for a minimum order of Tk 1999.00, twice in a month, under the terms of this MoU, according to a press release.
Iftekharul Alam, Chief Operating Officer of Chaldal Payments Limited, and Md. Rashed Akter, Head of Retail Distribution Division & Chief Bancassurance Officer from Midland Bank, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations in a simple ceremony held on December 02, 2024, in the Board Room of the bank’s Head Office, located in Gulshan 2, Dhaka.
Md. Abed-Ur-Rahman, Head of Cards; Md. Rashadul Anwar, Head of PRD, Sazal Ahmed, Merchant Relationship Officer of MDB and Md. Shahriar Rubayet, Deputy Director of Chaldal Limited, were also present at the signing ceremony.
