Modhumoti Bank holds 95th meeting of the Board of Directors

The 95th meeting of the Board of Directors of Modhumoti Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at the bank’s Head Office in Gulshan area of Dhaka, according to a press release.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Humayun Kabir. The Members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Salahuddin Alamgir, Mr. Mostafa Kamal, Mr. Mohammad Ismail Hossain, Mr. Nemai Kumar Saha, Ms. Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Ms. Sultana Jahan, Mr. A. Mannan Khan, Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Mostafa, Mr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Ms. Arifa Kabir, Independent Director Mr. Monjurul Ahsan Bulbul and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mr. Md. Shafiul Azam attended the meeting.

In addition, Mr. Shahnawaj Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director, Mr. Arab Fazlur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Business Officer and Mr. Arif Hasan Khan, SEVP & Chief Risk Officer were also present as special invitees.
