REPTO education centre inks MoU with LICT

REPTO Education Center has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with government’s LICT programme to ensure world-class skills for youngsters through online courses.

According to the MoU, 30,000 understudies of Leveraging ICT for Growth, Employment and Governance (LICT) and youngsters across the country can develop themselves through the training.

Under the agreement, students can complete LICT courses online through REPTO platform and gather endorsements through online examination, says a media release.

The project was inaugurated at the third international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO Summit) held in Dhaka.

Mr Mustafa Jabbar, Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology (IT), Nasrul Hamid, State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, ICT Secretary Subir Kishore Choudhury, LICT Project Director Md Rezaul Karim, LICT Component Team Leader Sami Ahmed, REPTO Founder & CEO Istiyak Ahmed Sheyam and REPTO Head of Marketing Shahadat Hossain, among others, were present at the event.
