Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has reappointed Brigadier General M Imran Hamid as an independent director of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the country's main stock market.
The BSEC, in an office order, said his appointment for the next 3 years will be effective from March 15, UNB reports.
Brigadier Hamid has just completed his three-year tenure in the post.
