Revised ADP for FY24 slashed by 7.0pc

The government on Tuesday approved a Tk 2.45 trillion revised ADP for the current fiscal year (FY) 2023–24.

 

The revised amount is Tk180 billion, or 7.0 per cent lower than the original Tk2.63 trillion ADP.

 

Presided over by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the National Economic Council (NEC) approved the revised ADP on Tuesday in Dhaka.

 

The allocation from the GOB fund has been cut down to Tk1.61 trillion, while the project aid is Tk835 billion in the newly approved Tk2.45 trillion RADP.
