Bangladesh Meteorological Department predicted that weather may remain dry for the next 24 hours beginning from 9 am on Wednesday.
"Weather may remain dry with the temporary partly cloudy sky over the country", said a met office forecast, reports BSS.
The Deep Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining area moved north-northwestwards, now lies over the same area (near lat: 8.4°N, lon: 82.3°E) earlier this morning.
It is likely to move north-northwesterly direction and intensify further.
Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country from late night till early morning.
The country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 31.2 degrees Celsius at Teknaf and the minimum temperature was recorded at 13.4 degrees Celsius at Tetulia.
Night and day temperatures may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
