Let’s Talk Mental Health (LTMH) is transforming mental health awareness and support in Bangladesh, raising $70,000 this year through grants, corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds, and donations.

Key advocators of LTMH include the Bangladesh Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Since its inception, LTMH has embraced a sustainable model, generating $324,000 from affordable counselling services and innovative programmes. All funds are reinvested into initiatives aimed at uplifting underserved communities, fostering a ripple effect of awareness and support nationwide.

The organisation’s workshops and campaigns have directly impacted 135,000 lives and reached over five million people online, breaking barriers and promoting open conversations about mental health.

Communities that once resisted support are now embracing change, reflecting the power of education and advocacy.

“When one person takes a step toward mental wellness, it inspires others to follow,” said Anusha Chowdhury, Co-founder of LTMH. “That’s how real change begins—one conversation at a time.”

With strong partnerships and sustainable growth, LTMH is not just helping individuals but also reshaping societal attitudes toward mental health, working toward a future where mental wellness is a universal priority.
