The Supreme Court has scrapped the order to frame charges against Dr Muhammad Yunus, the chief adviser to the interim government, in a case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) under the Money Laundering Prevention Act.
The Appellate Division, led by Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed, delivered the verdict on Wednesday (April 23).
The top court issued the ruling after granting Dr Yunus’s appeal against the earlier verdict of the High Court.
