Role: Executive / Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and disbursement of salaries, allowances, sales commissions, and incentives for employees under the Head Office payroll (including Head Office, SalesForce, and CDC employees) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Manage the employee separation process, including providing final settlements, conducting exit interviews, and issuing clearance documents to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Assist in preparing employees' income tax-related documentation and collaborate with the internal tax department.
- Maintain and update employee records within the ERP system and other platforms, including new hires, transfers, separations, life events, and salary changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry for the Head Office payroll.
- Collaborate with the line manager to identify and implement process improvements aimed at automating tasks and enhancing the accuracy of HR data within the ERP system.
- Administer, maintain, and process the HR module in the ERP system to ensure smooth functionality and accurate generation of required outputs, including reports and data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- An MBA in HRM or a professional HR certification will be an added qualification to be considered.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ERP platforms).Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information encountered.
- In-depth knowledge of the Retail or Footwear industry·
