Role: Assistant and Deputy Manager (HRM) 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Lead the expatriate recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as local and international job portals, social media, and professional networks to source local and expatriate candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Strong understanding of international recruitment practices, including visa and immigration regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/tools.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
