Vacancy Type: Senior Executive, Training and Development
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the whole onboarding process, ensure orientation of new joiners.

Developing a training module based on TNA, monitor the company's training budget to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established budget.

Conduct Training Needs Assessment for TNA result to plan annual Learning Program/calendar (Soft Skill and Functional Training).

Conduct FGD on special assignments as well as for employee engagement programs from time to time.

Education and Experience:

BBA, MBA major in HRM from any reputed University.
