Role: Territory Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Achieving total value and volume sales targets and ensuring optimum product distribution and visibility.
• Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales.
• Preparing periodic sales reports from automation and analyzing performance against programs to determine their effectiveness.
• Monitoring distributors' stock and investment, ensuring timely payment from distributors to the company.
• Ensuring numeric distribution and finding new outlets with addition in SPA (Sales process automation).
• To train the Sales Officers and Senior Sales Officers in their daily activities and communicate with the subordinates, retailers, and distributors about all promotional schemes.
• To ensure team coordination and resolve any problem between the team and distributors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in BBA.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 32 years.
• 1-2 Years of experience in a similar position.
• Fresh business graduates from reputed institutions are encouraged to apply.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel.
• Motorcycle driving skill is required.
• Must be highly motivated to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
