Though it's not a skyscraper, the open-air sitting arrangement with delicious food catches the most attention. From multi-cuisine and sizzling kebabs to the finest coffee in town. Their slogan is "Taste, unwind, and connect at Adda." And people love to go there for some casual gossip time.

Actually, no one needs to introduce Jatra Biroti. It's a restaurant, café, and multi-purpose event space/art lounge geared towards beautiful ambience, incredible artistry, and the fantastic design and lifestyle of Jatra. This rooftop glasshouse with outdoor space is located in Sector 11 of Uttara. The café's double-height rooftop creates a sense of openness and grandeur, making it the most attractive sky café in Uttara, with a fantastic rooftop view, particularly at night.

Not only the view, they have got two executive chefs who came all the way from Thailand, bringing authentic Thai cuisine to the guests. Their Thai food will be sure to tantalise your taste buds.

Though DSCC had revoked the licenses of restaurants operating without proper safety approval, sparking public debate. But as thousands of people dine out in Dhaka every day, rooftop restaurants should be more nourished and secured.
