Food Secretary Ilahi Dad Khan’s appointment cancelled

The Ministry of Public Administration cancelled the appointment of Ilahi Dad Khan as Secretary of the Food Ministry a day after his appointment.

The Ministry on Monday issued a notification appointing the retired officer from the food cadre for two years on a contractual basis.

Senior Secretary Moklesur Rahman of the Ministry of Public Administration confirmed the matter.

Ilahi Dad Khan has previously held various positions, including District Food Controller and Director of the Department of Food.
