Offices at the Secretariat will be running with physical presence of maximum 25 per cent officers and employees amid the COVID-19 outbreak, according to a government decision.
At the same time, 25 per cent officers and employees can join work online and thus office work will continue by turns, State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain said, citing the decision, according to local media reports.
Other offices in the country can continue with officers and employees as many as they need, he added.
The Cabinet Division will issue a directive over how to run government offices amid the virus outbreak, he added.
Government and private offices reopened on Sunday, 66 days after a shutdown across the country to slow the spread of the virus.
